The Quick guide provides important information on installing and commissioning the device. If you need more information on, for example, the installation of accessories or additional settings in the software, or if you need a comprehensive user manual, you can download the following documents from the Nilan website:

If, after reading the instructions, you still have questions about the installation and operation of the device, please contact your nearest Nilan dealer. A list of Nilan dealers is available at www.nilan.dk.
From the factory, the device is tested and ready to use.
The unit should be put into operation immediately after installation and connection to the duct system.
When the ventilation unit is not in operation, moisture from the chambers enters the duct system and condensation forms, which can run out of the dampers and cause damage to floors and furniture. Condensation can also form inside the ventilation unit, which can damage the electronics and fans.

For the Compact P2: On the inside, bottom right of the unit is Nilan's nameplate (1).
for the GEO module: the name plate is located on the metal plate to the left of the hot water tank. (2)
When contacting Nilan with questions about the product, it is important to have the name and serial number (SN) of the unit handy. From this information, the service department can find all information about the unit in question and thus help with information and answer questions about what the unit consists of/contains and what software is used.
The type of ventilation device can also be found in the user panel menu under "Display data".
