ID Type Display text Description/cause Troubleshooting
1 ATTENTION_RED Hardware error Operating system hardware error. Note the alarm and reset it. If the alarm does not disappear, contact your installer.
2 ATTENTION_RED Time-out alarm A warning alarm has become a critical alarm. Note the alarm and reset it. If the alarm does not disappear, contact your installer.
3 ATTENTION_RED Fire alarm activated The ventilation unit stopped because the fire thermostat was activated. If there is no fire, check the connection to the fire thermostat.
If this is OK, contact your installer.
4 ATTENTION_RED Pressure switch The high-pressure switch in the cooling circuit has activated, possibly due to...:
- Extremely warm supply of outside air
- Clogged filter
- Broken fan
Check for faults and reset the alarm. Contact your installer if you cannot reset the alarm or if the alarm occurs frequently.
6 ATTENTION_RED Heat pump defrosting error The defrost time has been exceeded. The exchanger or heat pump has not defrosted within the maximum time. This may be due to exposure of the unit to very low outdoor temperatures. Contact your installer if resetting the alarm does not help. Record the current operating temperatures in the "Show data" menu to facilitate the maintenance process.
10 ATTENTION_YELLOW Overheating of electric post-heating The electric heating element is overheated. Lack of airflow due to, for example, clogged filters, blocked air intake or faulty supply air fan. Make sure air is blown into the house.
Make sure the filters are clean.
Check that the outside air inlet is not blocked.
Reset the alarm.
Contact your installer if the above does not solve the problem.
11 ATTENTION_YELLOW Low current across the electric heating element Lack of airflow in the air supply. See alarm code 10.
13 ATTENTION_RED High-temperature electricity supplementary heating HW. The temperature for power supply in the hot water tank has been too high. The overheating fuse behind the lower door should be switched on again. In case of repeated alarms, contact your installer.
15 ATTENTION_RED The room temperature is too low When the room temperature is below 10°C, the unit will stop to prevent further cooling of the house. This can happen, for example, during a period when the house is not occupied and the heating is switched off. Heat the house and reset the alarm.
16 ATTENTION_YELLOW Software error Fault in the ventilation device software Contact your installer.
17 ATTENTION_YELLOW Watchdog warning Fault in the ventilation device software Contact your installer.
18 ATTENTION_YELLOW Database content changed Parts of the programme have been lost. This may be due to a prolonged power failure or a lightning strike.
The device continues to operate with the default settings.
Reset the alarm. Contact your installer if the device does not work satisfactorily, as before, as some subprogrammes may have been lost. (The subprogramme is only available for service).
19 ATTENTION_YELLOW Change filter The filter monitor is set to X number of days for checking/replacing the filter. Clean/replace filter.
Reset the alarm.
20 ATTENTION_YELLOW Errors in legionella treatment Legionella treatment was not carried out within the timeframe or number of tests. In case of repeated alarms, contact your installer.
21 ATTENTION_YELLOW Check date and time Displayed during power cuts. Set the date and time.
Reset the alarm.
22 ATTENTION_YELLOW Supply air temperature error The desired heating of the supply air is not possible. (applies only with reheating element) Set a lower air supply temperature.
Reset the alarm.
23 ATTENTION_YELLOW Domestic hot water temperature error Heating hot water is not possible. Contact your installer.
27-58 ATTENTION_RED Fault on temperature sensor One of the temperature sensors is short-circuited, disconnected or faulty. Register which sensor, (Tx) defective and contact your installer.
70 ATTENTION_YELLOW Anode error The hot water tank anode is cracked or not connected properly. The hot water tank anode is cracked or not connected properly.
71 ATTENTION_YELLOW Error defrosting heat exchanger Max defrost time exceeded for counterflow heat exchanger.
This may be due to exposure to very low temperatures.
If resetting the alarm does not help, contact your installer. Record the current operating temperatures in the "SHOW DATA" menu to facilitate the service process.
72 ATTENTION_YELLOW Abnormally low evaporation temperature Abnormal evaporator temperature (T6) is due to insufficient airflow. Replace filters, check that outside air intake is not obstructed.
In case of constant malfunction contact your installer.
73 ATTENTION_RED High-pressure alarm The airflow over the surfaces is too low Make sure air is blown into the house.
Make sure the filters are clean.
Check that the outside air inlet is not blocked.
Reset the alarm.
Contact your installer if the above does not solve the problem.
74 ATTENTION_RED Low pressure alarm Airflow over surfaces in cooling mode is too low. Make sure air is blown into the house.
Make sure the filters are clean.
Check that the outside air inlet is not blocked.
Reset the alarm.
Contact your installer if the above does not solve the problem.
91 ATTENTION_YELLOW Missing expansion board Expansion PCB missing. Contact your installer.
